I had a consultation, and I wasn't planning to do my eyes, but they recommended it. When I mentioned cheekbone surgery, they said that rather than surgery, my face has too little volume for my age and lacks dimension, so they recommended full-face fat grafting or fillers, but the price was higher than I expected.
