I first went in for a consultation because I wanted nose surgery. The building is split into two floors, and I did not notice that, so I went to the floor where the surgery was being done, but the staff there kindly took me to the right place, and I was very grateful lol T_T I filled out my chart and waited, and the wait was a bit long. The consultation order was manager -> director -> manager. At first the manager asked what I was concerned about, so I explained everything in detail and was told to wait a bit, and while waiting I got to consult with the director. There was a towel wrapped around my head just like on YouTube lol The director and I had an in-depth consultation about the nose shape I wanted, the materials needed, and so on, and they looked after me carefully, which I liked~! I also liked that they did not recommend things that were not really necessary haha
