Before <This is the before photo. If you look closely, this was before the silicone was about to break through under the nose, so the nasal tip looks bumpyㅠ><This is the left side. There is a slight irregularity on the nasal bridge. It is not noticeable at first glance, but when I take photos or look in the mirror, I keep noticing itㅠㅠ so it bothers me a bit. Will it get better once the swelling in the nasal tip goes down..?><This is the right side. On the right side, the line came out nicely without any irregularity, so I like it><The last one is an angle taken slightly from above!>First surgery: silicone + ear cartilage Revision surgery: silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage
That is what I had done, and the reason I had revision surgery after 8 years was as you can see in the before photo, the silicone was in a state where it was just about to break through the nasal tip, so I could not put it off any longer and ended up having surgery. It has been about 2 months now. What I considered most important for the revision surgery was improving the thinning skin on the nasal tip, the upturned nose, and lowering the nasal tip, and the parts I was worried about were all corrected well, so I am satisfied. However, as the major swelling went down, when viewed from the left side, the nasal bridge looks slightly unevenㅠ The right side is not like that, but only the left side is a bit like that. I hope it looks smoother once all the nasal tip swelling goes down...ㅠㅠ It is not severe, so I am trying not to worry too much, but it is true that it bothers me a little when I see it in photos or in the mirror. But it is still only the 2-month mark, so I will think of it as nasal tip swelling and wait a bit longer... If anyone had a similar experience, please leave a commentㅠㅠ Anyway, except for that, overall it is a revision surgery I am satisfied with. I did not want it to look obvious, so other than lowering the nasal tip, I asked them to keep the height similar to before and make it look natural no matter what, so I am satisfiedㅋㅋ I was scared and worried, but rather, they raised the glabella area slightly more than before in a natural way, so I have a bit more of a nasal bridge naturally. The nasal tip also came down well. While getting revision surgery, looking into hospitals and going to consultations caused me so much emotional stress, so now I want to feel a bit more at easeㅋㅋ Anyway, this was my 2-month review~~!
