<Autologous dermis, 6 months, male>I had my first surgery with silicone, but because the implant started showing through, I had revision surgery using dermis. If the silicone from the first surgery hadn’t shown through, I would have kept it, but once it started becoming visible, I got scared. So I was going to just remove everything and live with my original nose, but once you’ve had a high nose, human desire makes you want to keep it. But I was scared of implants like silicone, so I came to know about autologous dermis, and after asking around, I had a consultation at Apgujeong Bomnal and had my second surgery with autologous dermis. It has been about 6 months now.
At first, the nasal bridge was high and looked unnatural, but as time passes, it is becoming more natural. More than the nasal bridge itself, after removing the implant, nothing in the world could feel more comfortable than this. I really like my nose too.
If you are considering nose surgery, please be sure to look carefully into silicone side effects before doing it. Don’t think, “It won’t happen to me,” because I was like that too.
