I went for a consultation because of my upturned nose, and it was one of the places I had high expectations for since it was known for revision rhinoplasty. The doctor said they would use autologous cartilage to lower my upturned nasal tip, and I liked that the nose shape was not overdone, but somehow it just didn’t really draw me in.
