My nose ended up getting completely bloated like a bulbous nose, and the cartilage protruded to one side, so I eventually went somewhere else for revision surgery. I think the aesthetic sense is excellent, but I'm not sure about the surgery itself. My philtrum seems to have gotten a little shorter, but there is not a big difference. I am satisfied with the fat grafting for the nasolabial folds. It seems they are good at fat grafting.
