After getting it done, I regretted it a lot and felt that way, but after about 3 months, the swelling went down and it got better. But after about 6 months? my eyes became much more natural-looking, and one eye started getting poked again. Looking closely, I realized I originally had a very thin double eyelid. I think this happened because I scheduled the surgery as quickly as possible, didn’t consult enough with the director, and because I wanted a natural look, I asked for the double eyelid to be made as hidden as possible, so there wasn’t enough consultation.
I got it done because my eyelashes were poking my eyes, but one side still pokes. Appearance-wise, I’m satisfied. I thought about getting revision surgery because the eyelashes poke my eye, but I don’t want to live with swelling for another 5 months, so I’m just going to be satisfied and live with it.
