It felt like the stitching would never end? The anesthesia kept wearing off in the middle. Maybe because I drank often, it felt like I kept detoxing through my urine. Maybe because I was on my period, or maybe because they had to redo one side a bit, I had terrible bruising and was insanely swollen. Well, the result came out well. I even got told I look like Han Ga-in.. I had it done as in-out double eyelids, and the shape was pretty, but the line became lower, so I started thinking about revision surgery.
Second I searched every hospital directly in the area where I lived and chose one. Again, in a non-capital region. I redid it with an incision method and a bigger outer line. I think it was 1 million or 1.2 million won; it's been a long time so I don't remember. I did raise the line, but there was a small regret that I wish I had set it a bit higher.. Still, no major complaints. It is still not low now, and from the start, while I was going to consultations, I looked for a doctor who would accept a flashy style. Some doctors had their own aesthetic preferences, so even when I said I wanted it, they wouldn't do it, saying it was a Japanese-eye or Chinese-eye style. But my family all have naturally flashy outer-line eyes like that, and I wanted that too. It suited me in its own way. Anyway, even though it was an incision, the bruising and swelling were surprisingly less severe. Still, it took a while to go down. I guess that's just my skin type. A few years have passed, and compared to the first time, it has become lower, and one side folds below the incision line. Both sides have lowered slightly, but it's not like the line has become invisible, so I don't plan to have revision surgery. But during suturing, some untrained assistant or part-timer cut the thread on one eye, and I heard the doctor say he cut it and that it would come undone because of me. That eye folds lower than the incision line, so I don't know whether he was scaring me or whether the fixation was just weak. It's only noticeable to me, so I'm just leaving it alone.
