The director was very kind. However, even though I hadn't asked for it, the consultation manager, who wasn't even the director, casually recommended surgery areas other than the area I wanted to consult about, which was a big downside. The impression that they seemed to put a lot of effort into app reviews also didn't come across well. I had done quite a bit of searching around and gathered a lot of information about forehead lift surgery, so I had my own important points and concerns about this surgery, and I was looking for a clinic where those points would be addressed to some degree during the consultation, but those things weren't fully satisfied through this consultation.
