I had a consultation with the head director, but I was flustered because the consultation ended much more quickly than expected. I think it lasted less than 5 minutes, and the director looked a bit tired, but he explained the surgery confidently. There were quite a lot of patients, and the consultant was kind, so she told me all the necessary information before I even asked.
