There was no wait for the consultation, and the hospital was overall clean. I had seen reviews saying the surgeon was unfriendly, but that was not my impression. He just has a very firm philosophy about the direction of surgery. The surgical explanation was not extremely detailed, but when the patient asked questions, he seemed to make a sincere effort to answer them carefully. Overall, I was satisfied.
