I had a consultation with the chief surgeon, and the consultation ended much sooner than I expected, which surprised me. It felt like it was under 5 minutes, and the surgeon looked a little tired, but explained the surgery confidently. There were quite a lot of patients, and the director's assistant was kind, so she told me all the information I needed before I could even ask questions.
