It wasn't the head director, but the consultation itself was okay. The consultant was not exactly friendly. She spoke too fast and seemed to be trying to make me put down a deposit and leave no matter what. The downside is that you can only view the CCTV if a problem occurs. I think many people will rule it out because of this issue. I feel like the director would do the surgery well, but judging by the consultant's attitude, I'm not sure whether they would take good care of me after surgery.
