I had a consultation with the chief director. Because they are so well known, I went in trusting them, and when I saw how precisely they identified my complex, it really felt like they had real skill and that the surgery would go well. However, since they are the chief director, the discount did not apply, so it was very expensive, and after only a 3-minute consultation, they stood up and told me to speak with the manager, so I left without being able to ask the questions on my list. They seem very busy.
