It wasn’t the chief director, but the consultation itself was okay. The manager wasn’t particularly kind. She spoke too quickly and seemed intent on somehow getting me to pay a reservation deposit before leaving. The downside of the CCTV is that you can only view it if a problem occurs. I think many people would rule it out because of this issue. The director seems like he would perform the surgery well, but judging by the manager’s attitude, I’m not sure whether they would take good care of me after surgery.
