I went in with really high expectations before going. It was a shame that this ended up being my first consultation. Both the consultant and the director were kind. However, I had to wait 40 minutes for the director, and they sometimes didn’t understand questions that an ordinary person would naturally be curious about, so it was a bit frustrating. It also felt like they didn’t really want to explain the surgical method in detail, and I thought it might have been better if they had explained it roughly in a way that an ordinary person could understand.. Somehow it made me feel stupid for not understanding, so even though I paid a consultation fee, I couldn’t ask questions comfortablyㅠ Still, they did provide a long consultation. When I read the blog posts, I feel like I want to go for another consultation, but the consultation fee is a bit burdensome, so I hesitate..
