I went in with very high expectations. I regret that this ended up being my first consultation. Both the manager and the director were kind. However, I had to wait 40 minutes for the director, and they sometimes did not seem to understand questions that ordinary people would be curious about, which was a bit frustrating. I also felt like they did not really want to explain the surgery method in detail. I thought it would have been better if they had explained it in a more general way that was easy for an ordinary person to understand.. I ended up feeling stupid for not understanding, so even though I paid the consultation fee, I could not ask questions comfortably T_T Still, the consultation was long. When I read the blog posts, I keep thinking I want to consult again, but the consultation fee is a bit burdensome, so I hesitate..
