The consultation style was really straightforward... Even after nose surgery, the thick nostril wings stayed the same so I had revision surgery, and this time it turned out well! I asked for it to be made very flashy, but the director was so firm saying my nose absolutely shouldn't be done that way, so I gave up.. But after having the surgery, I understand why they stopped me like that. Because my skin is thick, if the nasal tip had been higher than now.. I think it would have looked unnatural
