First of all, the consultant was the kindest among all the places I visited for consultations. I had a ton of questions, but she answered everything without showing any annoyance ㅜㅜ The director was also very calm and gentle, and explained things by drawing pictures. But I'm not sure if they accurately understood what I wanted. There was no same-day pressure either.
