First of all, the coordinator was the kindest person among the places I visited. I had a ton of questions, but she answered all of them without showing any annoyance. The surgeon was also very calm and explained everything with drawings. But somehow I am not sure whether he understood my wishes exactly. There was also no pressure to do it that day.
