I visited during an extremely busy period, so I had to wait for an hour. They take photos first, and then the coordinator just figures out the kind of line I want before the surgeon consultation. The coordinator was kind and tried to show me many photos, and because the surgeon looked so busy I even said it was okay, but after he noticed I was curious, he said he would ask for me.. It looked like he could tell I was curious. Still, the surgeon was kind, but.. he seemed too busy, so I hesitated to ask questions. And while answering questions, when I asked something, he told me to ask the coordinator and left. The consultation was a bit disappointing. I could not decide on surgery based on this. If I remember later, I plan to go again when it is less busy.
