First of all, the waiting time was way too long, and while waiting there was an hour of waiting time. It felt like all the kids had gathered in a school playground and were swarming in at once, and I wondered if the person making the reservations had any sense... In this situation, if the number of people exceeds the limit, shouldn't they schedule it for the next day or the next time slot? There weren't even any chairs to sit on, so everyone was standing around waiting, and for chin Botox and facial contouring injections, they made it sound like the doctor would be consulting, but I ended up getting consulted by a coordinating manager. Then I waited another hour.. I don't think I'll ever get treatments here again. Even the doctor who performed it didn't even have a separate room and was crouching by the counter...
