It was a little different from the surgical methods I had in mind, so I hesitated a bit, but the manager was kind and the facilities were good, I think. Still, when I consulted with the surgeon, they were kind and explained things clearly. I asked a lot of questions, and they told me everything in detail, which I appreciated.
