First of all, the waiting time was way too long, and while waiting, the queue time was an hour. It was like all the kids had gathered in a school playground and rushed in at once, so I wonder if the person making the reservations was thinking at all.. Should not they have scheduled people for the next day or the next time slot if the number exceeded the limit in this situation? There were not even any chairs to sit on, so everyone stood and waited, and for chin Botox and facial contouring injections they made it sound like the doctor would counsel us, but I got the consultation from a counseling manager. And then another hour of waiting.. I do not think I will get injections here again. The doctor who did it did not even have a separate room and was crouched by the counter. The underarm laser did work, so once I finish the remaining sessions I do not think I will have any reason to go back. But even for the underarm laser, they called 6 to 7 people into a small room, all in sleeveless tops, waiting awkwardly, so please do something about that too lol Why not call two or three people at a time.. I showered as soon as I got home because the machine felt gross.
