While shopping around for consultations, this was the first plastic surgery clinic I visited because it was the first appointment I could get. They asked if it was my first time, and I said yes, but compared with the other clinics I visited afterward, they did not properly explain the surgical process.. The consultant also spoke too fast, and both the consultant and the doctor explained while drawing or writing on a tablet, but they seemed very rushed. The doctor's consultation was over in about 5 minutes too.. There was a little pressure to book on the same day, but they did tell me in advance how refunds would be handled. It really was a 90% refund too. (There were also clinics that did not tell me these things in advance and would not give refunds.)
Anyway, that director recommended an incisional double-eyelid surgery with ptosis correction, but since it is my first time and feels burdensome, I do not think I will do a full incision.
