The staff were not kind. On top of that, even though it was before surgery, the consultant was slow to respond.. The director’s consultation was sincere and good, but.. The overall atmosphere of the hospital was also dark, so for some reason I felt worried about the surgery. And because the consultant kept saying recovery would definitely be fast and it would go well, I did feel pressured, like I had to get the surgery quickly. I think they were trying to speak positively and kindly, but for someone anxious like me, it actually made me worry even more
