But it wasn't like he was insincere; it seemed to be his usual style. There was no photo-taking or video recording, and it seemed like he judged just through the medical interview and palpation. I had heard he was conservative, but he spoke positively about most things. Elsewhere, they said that if only the nasal tip was left, I would get a saddle nose, and that removing the capsule was also essential, but here they said the nasal tip might be left, that they would slightly smooth out any step-off themselves, and that the capsule did not need to be removed. They said removal is possible if I want it, and that there would be an additional cost. I think the consultation content was better than at other hospitals, but I still haven't decided.
