I liked it during weeks 1-2 after the procedure, but the asymmetry gradually became worse and it seemed like it was trying to return to its original state, so honestly my satisfaction dropped a bit
Consultation and procedure process The consultation manager explained things in detail and was kind, but the waiting time was long.. I also saw another man besides me complain that the waiting time was long, so I think you need to go with plenty of time to spare. The doctor didn’t make any excessive surgery recommendations, but he was quite frank. Sedation anesthesia wasn’t available, so after anesthetic cream, they proceeded with local anesthesia, and it hurt enough to make me tear up. However, after the local anesthesia, I didn’t feel anything during the 30-minute surgery.
Results The right side of my nose improved a lot, but the left side still has some of the flared shape left, and above all, there is some asymmetry. I’m considering either getting an additional surgery on only one side or having nasal tip cartilage inserted altogether. Looking at other surgery reviews, it seems there are occasionally people like that, so I think I just need to pay attention to this part. Also, the price could be considered a downside. Two weeks after surgery, I told the doctor the asymmetry was severe, and he said it was because I didn’t have autologous dermis inserted as he had recommended. But if I include that too, it becomes twice the price of getting nasal bridge + alar reduction + nasal tip cartilage at other plastic surgery clinics.. On top of that, there was no warning that asymmetry could occur, so I still don’t know whether it’s my fault. I’m satisfied with the fact that it’s safe because they proceed without sedation anesthesia at all, and that the scar after the procedure didn’t remain noticeably and there wasn’t much disruption to daily life.
