Since my nose is low and short, I’m carefully considering costal cartilage, whether autologous or donated, because I relatively want it to be higher. The director was the kindest so far, actively asked questions to understand my needs, and explained everything with great sincerity. The one place where I was the only one who had an absurdly unfriendly and unpleasant experience, the absolute worst, why are its reviews and ratings so good?
