Thoughts after 1 year and 6 months from nose surgery

Before<Before>Before<Before>After<After>After<After>After<After>I had nose surgery in September 2019: lateral osteotomy, nasal tip surgery, hump shaving, and the thinnest silicone implant placed. The reason I decided on nose surgery was that I was getting filler, but it spread and kept causing trouble, so I had it all removed and thought it would be better to just go all in and have surgeryㅠㅠ

I originally had some nasal bridge, so I wasn’t greedy about height, but I did get a bit greedy with the nasal tip.

To tell you what I felt: 1. The nose length does not change no matter how much you lift the nasal tip 2. After the first surgery, the swelling is truly beyond imagination.. It feels like placing silicone on the nasal bridge for an animal stage makeup look.. And for those doing the nasal tip, in the beginning it goes up so much that you automatically get a pig nose^^ 3. If you are also going to have facial contouring, it is better to do contouring first and then the nose 4. The nose shape really changes up to 1 year. I had a lateral osteotomy to narrow the nasal bridge, and at first I couldn’t tell the difference, but after 1 year the swelling went down completely, it became slimmer, and the line became refined 5. I had surgery by opening the center of the nose, and sensation underneath did not come back for a while, but now the sensation has returned completely. 6. The image changes dramatically.. 7. If you get greedy with the nose, it looks obviously surgically enhanced
