Lateral osteotomy. 3D-fitted nose. Nasal tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I had surgery at the end of December.
When I had consultations, I emphasized naturalness a lot. I consulted at more than 15 clinics, and other plastic surgeons said raising it by 4 mm would be enough, but at one clinic, only the director said it needed to be raised 5-6 mm, and that it could still be done naturally.
I liked that they would do the surgery with silicone printed in 3D, and compared with other clinics that do rhinoplasty with 3D-printed silicone, I trusted the director more, so I had the surgery here.
As a result, it is still only week 3, but… people seeing me for the first time would not know I had surgery, to the point that it is very natural. I am very, very satisfied. Before surgery, my nose was low, so attention went to my cheekbones and the skin around my cheekbones.. After getting my nose done, I hear that my face looks smaller and my skin looks much better.
I wanted to post a review, so I looked at the photos taken right before surgery.. The before-and-after difference is shocking.
