The director was really professional and calm, and explained everything clearly. I was grateful that they explained well that I could get the design I wanted. The manager also explained things quietly and clearly! The line is pretty, and since it is a private clinic I had even higher expectations, but I have not booked yet because I want to think about it a little more. It is still on my list.
