When I got off the elevator, the desk was right there, so it was a little embarrassing, but the staff welcomed me kindly. I visited on a weekday and arrived almost exactly on time for my appointment, but the wait was not long. I took photos, filled out the chart, had a brief consultation? with the consultant, and I think I met the director right away. What I felt was that they seemed to try to understand as much as possible from the patient’s perspective and accommodate those points... It felt warm, I guess. They explained the method and process well, and the consultant separately filled in anything that was lacking, so I didn’t leave with any uneasy feeling! It was my first consultation, and it helped me a lot, which was a big plus for me.
