I’m an office worker with no time, so I hurriedly visited 2 plastic surgery clinics over the weekend. For reference, I have a severe bulbous nose with nasal flaring, a very low columella, and I do have a nasal bridge, but there is filler there, so everyone said the surgery difficulty would be high. 1. ㅅㅇ Plastic Surgery, near Apgujeong Station - Silicone - Nasal tip to be done with septal cartilage - Open approach - Bulbous nose correction needed - It may be difficult for about 3-4 months after surgery, but normal work is all possible - Place silicone below the hump without shaving the hump - Alar reduction needed - AS about 3 years …
