Banana) My bridge is naturally on the high side, and they said it could still come out naturally glamorous even without an implant, but I did not want to take the risk of it looking like a step-off, and I wanted it to look glamorous to anyone, so I said I wanted to put in about 3-4 mm. They said 4 mm would probably be too high and around 3.5? mm would be okay. The consultation atmosphere felt like they matched my opinions well but, as a doctor, still told the patient everything that needed to be said.. Well. I did know clearly what I wanted, but I had no medical knowledge at all.. I liked the consultation in the sense that they set the direction like this. (It was also good that they showed reviews + before-and-after photos.)
Miho) Here, they said 3 mm silicone would be enough. Since they would not be shaving down the hump a lot, they said putting 4 mm of silicone on top could look excessive. (I want a glamorous nose, so that did not exactly resonate with me, but since they mentioned a similar mm silicone size as other places, I thought the director probably wasn’t someone who insists only on their own way~ And the thing I also want to be careful about is that my bridge really is on the high side.. The director was firm because they were worried I might look too much like Pinocchio. Even just because of their way of speaking, I felt a little scared..
Mind) Here, the atmosphere was completely that they would do it the way I wanted.. I went in expecting the consultation because I had looked it up knowing it was a hospital good at glamorous noses, and the director said 3-4 mm would probably be okay. They said that, in any case, the silicone is not just abruptly placed on top of the bridge, but is carved to fit the nasal bridge before being inserted, so it would not look excessive. I think they said it like this to match my opinion, but the nose shape they showed me with Photoshop? was definitely glamorous and suited me well, so I liked it. However, they said it would be good to slightly reduce the nostril width, so it seemed the direction did not match mine again, and I put it on hold..
Mighty) I went because the reviews looked pretty, both naturally glamorous and glamorous, but when I actually went and saw them mark the line, I thought, ah, I kind of like it, but the nasal tip feels like it gets too long? It may also be the director’s own style.. The bridge was okay, but it seemed like the key point was lengthening the nasal tip So I’m slightly debating.. I liked the consultation and also liked that there was no overtreatment, but.. I felt like the aesthetic sense was slightly different from mine. Of course, I did tell the director before leaving, “I don’t really like the nasal tip being drawn out too long, so please reduce it just a little.” If I do get surgery, I think I can discuss it in more detail during the final consultation. I decided to use autologous costal cartilage.

Overall review) It seems like a lot of plastic surgery clinics these days are really serious about care? There were a few places that pushed reservations a little, but I’m not the type to get swayed by that haha.. So everyone, I hope you just maintain the stance that you haven’t decided whether or not you’ll do it here while getting consultations..!! Don’t put down deposits right away just to get even a small benefit because you feel desperate I think you need to be able to look at it from a somewhat objective perspective.
