I looked into eye fat removal and ended up having fat removal + double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty done here. It's been 2 years now, and I'm satisfied except for some uneven marks. It wasn't exactly cheap, but I trust smaller hospitals like this more than big hospitals, so I had it done here.
