I had surgery in 2018, and I went in only wanting under-eye fat repositioning, but for my case they said fat grafting would have a bigger effect, so I trusted them and went ahead. There were many reviews from people who were very satisfied with under-eye fat repositioning surgery, and my dark circles were extremely bad, so I had the surgery. The dark circles improved, but because of the fat grafting, there is clumping of the under-eye fat, which is a big disappointment.
