I still have the splint on, but it feels good After I take the splint off, I’ll leave a review, and then I’m planning to leave this community and all the cafes I always say this, but please be very careful about removal Please don’t get removal because of psychological anxiety (like I did) When you keep reading this community or cafes, you start thinking that if you don’t remove it right away, your nose will contract and everything will go wrong That’s not true. It absolutely isn’t Please don’t worry in advance about things that haven’t even happened and make yourself anxious After leaving my 1 year and 5 month removal review and exchanging comments and messages with many people, what I felt was that there are so, so many people who regret getting removal
Removal is not something you should think of as, “It’ll just make the bridge and tip of my nose a little lower.” Cases where the result is only that it becomes a little lower are lucky cases On top of the bridge and tip of the nose becoming a little lower, the nasal bridge may have been shaved down, or the center of the nasal bridge may have been shaved down a lot and look sunken, or scar tissue may fill in the nasal tip and make it look thick, or the nasal tip may droop And every time one of these small flaws gets added, it makes you look worse exponentially So my image changed so much that I was really depressed for a year and a half
Because I’ve had my nose operated on many times, I was very scared and worried, but hearing that the progress is good puts my mind at ease I hope I can live with this nose for 50 or 60 years, but I suppose someday I’ll end up lying on the operating table again But I’ve decided not to worry about that in advance When the time comes that I have to do it, I’ll lie down, I guess I’ll save up a lot of money and live with a calmer mind I’m not going to go out of my way to worry about things that haven’t even happened anymore
