I'm going for revision rhinoplasty consultations at 3 places this week: ㅁㅇㅌ, ㅋㅂㅈ, and ㄴㅇㄷ lol Since it's a revision surgery, I really searched a lot before deciding, but what if I don't find a hospital I like among these... lololol Would it be hard to get the nose shape I want without implants? If I want it to be as safe as possible while still achieving the nose shape I want, what implant material would be the most suitable? I'm worried each director might explain things differently, so I want to have some thoughts prepared before I go. If any of you succeeded with revision rhinoplasty, please tell me what material you used
룸파둡하 It’ll probably vary case by case, and they use materials after considering things like each person’s skin, so get a consultation and then decide! I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying ㅁㅇㅌ gives thorough consultations without over-recommending, so they’ll probably diagnose you well
땅비헤흐 For the design, nasal materials are important too, but I think the director’s aesthetic sense and surgical skill influence it the most.. So for revision surgery, it’s better to do it somewhere famous. That’s why I waited and got mine done at Louvre too
얌무 If you’re going for the no-implant look, I think it’d be okay… I got it custom-made at Ppeulli for the bridge area. The tip was autologous costal cartilage~
공서정 ㄴㅇㄷ is also a place I’m considering for rhinoplasty, and it seemed like they’re good at no-implant cases too. If you go for the consultation, tell me your review later!

My nasal bridge starting point is on the high side and every clinic I go to says the starting point is high.. Is this something that can improve a bit if I lower the starting point? My midface is long, and the starting point is high too
