I had revision surgery at a clinic! I slightly projected the nasal tip, raised it by 1-2 mm more, and also had nostril/alar base reduction. During the surgery, my nasal septum was deviated, so one nostril had become narrow, which made picking my nose uncomfortable, but after changing to donated costal cartilage, both sides became the same. (The nostrils are slightly uneven.) The area where the nasal dorsum connects to the nasal tip also had scar tissue, and I forgot to mention it, but he noticed it first and removed it, so I really like it. I liked my first-surgery nose too because it was prettier than before, but this feels like they perfected it even more, so I like it! I had it done by the head doctor.
