I had septal deviation and cosmetic surgery done at the same time. After surgery, they made it too high, like an avatar nose, and the crookedness showed even more, so I asked for revision surgery. They did it non-open, lowering only the silicone. The result became even more crooked It bent a lot toward the side of the non-open nostril. If you see the photos, you'd be shocked. So I'm thinking about getting revision surgery at another hospital~
