As I remember, I had nose surgery at ㅋㅇㅁ in 2017. Originally, I went for a consultation thinking my nose would get a bit smaller if I only had alar reduction, but the director said my nasal dorsum looked wide from the front, so I also had nasal dorsum osteotomy done together. I’m satisfied with the alar reduction to some extent! Back then and even now, I prefer a natural look, so I think the nasal dorsum osteotomy was better than not doing it, but I guess it has been returning, because it looks a bit insufficient. Still, since neither procedure involved inserting anything like silicone, it’s okay, but I feel a bit more disappointed, so I’m planning to have nasal tip surgery soon!
