It had been a few years since my nose surgery, but my nasal tip started drooping, so I decided to get revision rhinoplasty. I really did not want a third surgery, so I searched reviews very thoroughly and got hospital recommendations from people around me. After going to consultations at 3 places, I had revision rhinoplasty at Grand. I got the revision surgery from Director Lee Sehwan, and the drooping nasal tip really improved properly. The material used was costal cartilage! Once the splint came off, the swelling went down quickly. I think taking frequent walks helped a lot with reducing swelling too.. The nose shape came out beautifully just the way I wanted, so I am genuinely satisfied
