After <after breast surgery> Before <before surgery^^,,, the image changes so much, right> After <after nose surgery> Before <before and after surgery> I got both my nose and breasts done at Banana Plastic Surgery near Sinsa Station (surgery in December 2024..) Breasts_inframammary incision, Mentor Smooth Moderate Plus, left 375, right 350 to correct asymmetry I don’t remember the exact specs.. breast pocket was around 12~ Nose_4 mm silicone + not enough septal cartilage, so donor costal cartilage was mixed in too; bulbous nose correction, nasolabial angle correction, columella shaving, hump correction, osteotomy were included~
Since I was going under anyway, I wanted to get the surgeries all at once, but people around me were like, it’s too big of a surgery.. split it up somehow.. they opposed it so much.. I just shut my ears and got the surgery. Now they support me more than anyone and say I did well to get it done. That’s what plastic surgery is, I guess. At first it was all, you’ll ruin your image~ don’t regret it afterward~ lots of talk like that.. then when it turns out well, where did you get it done, tell me too.. it turned out well.. your face got prettier... I’m glad they compliment me, and I’m glad it went well.
I was discharged the same day, and I thought it would be better to rest comfortably at home, order delivery food, and recover no matter what happened, so as soon as I woke up in the recovery room after surgery, I took a taxi home.. (try using i.M Taxi, the taxi with automatic doors is really nice.. since you don’t have to use your arms, good good!) Anyway, when I got home I was out of it, and even though I had fasted I had no appetite, so I ate porridge and somehow leaned diagonally on the bed to sleep. Because of the anesthesia, my head felt like it was ringing~ my vision was uncomfortable because of the splint.. breathing was uncomfortable because of the cotton packing...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ For a day or two I regretted it so much, thinking why did I do this~ why did I do this~ But once the cotton packing was removed, the world looked different..
Strangely, my breasts didn’t hurt. There was a heavy~ feeling because of the weight of the implants, but I didn’t have that pain from creating the breast pocket. Since it was inframammary, they only touched the tissue that absolutely needed to be touched.. maybe that’s why there wasn’t much bleeding. I heard some people get abdominal swelling, but I didn’t have anything like that even a few days after surgery.. just that washing my hair was uncomfortable..?
Just seeing my suddenly bigger breasts and the height of my nose faintly visible through the splint made me smile... I would fall asleep after smirking while looking in the mirror.. that was my daily routineㅋㅋ
At first it was hard to lie flat on my back, also because I had to reduce swelling, and the first-time feeling of silicone in my nose and breast implants... everything felt so unfamiliar, so I lived relying on a surgery pillow. If I were to be greedier, I should have bought a zero-gravity chairㅋㅋㅋ At first it was hard to lie down and get back up.. Wearing the compression bra and having so many things to worry about, it was actually more comfortable to move around at home than to stay still. I did one or two chores that had piled up.. took 15-minute walks around the house and came back....+right after surgery, there’s this sensation where my nose doesn’t feel like my nose and my breasts don’t feel like my breasts.. that’s all normal.. It’s the process of anesthesia wearing off and gradually recovering. You need to give it time and watch. I’m almost fully back now. Occasionally my nipples tingle, but I think that will get better soon too.
I’ll write down a few things people might be curious about. Driving? I could from week 2. For people with transaxillary incisions, moving your arms, especially when making U-turns or turning left/right around curves.. you might feel slight discomfort in parts where you have to lift and lower your arms. I had inframammary incisions, so it was relatively okay! Public transportation? I was full of worry that my nose or breasts might get bumpedㅋㅋㅋ But on the subway, you can sit.. buses are okay too if you don’t take a packed bus.. so you have to work hard to secure a seat..^^ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Stretch marks? I don’t see stretch marks now, but it seems like some people get them after surgery, so I plan to keep applying cream. For now I’m only focusing on moisturizing. I think managing it morning and night would be good, and this is important too, but scar care for the inframammary incision is even more... importantㅠㅠ Since it stays on the body after all... I’m using Dermatix, but if there’s anything with good results, please recommend it. Skin/tissue softness? Both sides feel like they’re softening well day by day...!! I sometimes see posts from people saying the right side feels better than the left, but thankfully(?) mine don’t seem very different. I think the cryo care at the clinic helped a bit.
My nose had a slight hump, but my biggest concern was the bulbous nose... I got surgery because I wanted to fix it. Since my nose was big, it made my whole face look big too; I asked whether it could be made slimmer.. I wanted the bridge slim too.. and they said I didn’t need alar reduction, but should do an osteotomy. I dissolved the filler I had before.. then went into surgery.
I bought and used both the anti-inflammatory spray and anti-adhesion agent available at the clinic. I’m really satisfied because I got the slim~ smooth~ line I wantedㅎㅎ It hasn’t been long yet, but once the minor swelling goes down more, I’ll post again~~
