I had surgery on Friday afternoon, rested well over the weekend, and went to work on Monday. At work, I was able to do office tasks, and until day 3 it was hard to get up from lying down. Until one week, I felt stiff and sore. Only after a week had passed did the pain and daily life stop feeling like much of a burden. If I suddenly stretch my arm out straight, it stings and makes me go “ugh,” but it’s not enough to interfere with daily life. My breasts are still firm; they’re slowly starting to feel soft from the upper part, but they’re still firm and don’t come together in shape yet.
