1 year after breast surgery

I had surgery last July, and somehow it’s already been a year I had Allergan Inspira Smooth 375 cc inserted on both sides through inframammary fold incisions, and I think my rib cage circumference was 71. Before that, my size went back and forth between A and B, but now I wear a D. To be honest, the feel really can’t compare to natural breasts, but the shape when standing is so pretty. When I lie flat, they look like rice bowls, so it can’t help but be noticeableㅠㅡㅠ The feel is somewhere between firm and soft... Still, compared with not having done it, clothes fit so much better, and my boyfriend likes it too The upper fullness lasted until months 3~4, and I think the feel gradually improved from month 6.
