Um… I think the kindness is really top-tier. It may sound a bit odd to say this, but when going around to rhinoplasty clinics, there are often staff members with very artificial-looking, large noses who harshly(?) evaluate patients, so although everyone’s perspective is subjective, there were many times I was so dumbfounded I couldn’t even speak The manager’s look was natural, so that actually made me trust them more The director also explained things very calmly and thoroughly, and even gave me advice several times in advance about areas where I wasn’t having surgery haha. It felt like they were really thinking about the patient’s aesthetic aspects, rather than only trying to get surgery done??
