Hmm... the friendliness really seems top-tier. Saying this might sound a bit odd, but when you go around nose surgery clinics, the staff often have very artificial-looking big noses and judge patients quite a lot(?), so people are subjective, of course, but there are many times when I was so dumbfounded I could not even speak The coordinator being natural actually made me trust them more The surgeon also explained things very calmly, and even gave several pieces of advice first about areas they would not operate on, haha. It felt like they were really thinking about the patient's aesthetic, rather than just doing surgery
