I already have double eyelids, but my eyes are too narrow horizontally, so I went for a consultation just for canthoplasty. I consulted with a female director, and I liked that she honestly told me that posterior lower canthoplasty probably wouldn't have that much of an effect. She said she would widen it if it could be done significantly, but that she personally dislikes visible scarring from lateral canthoplasty the most, so she doesn't do it that way. I liked that she seemed to prioritize safety and a natural lookㅎㅎ She also said my eye shape correction and double eyelids were already pretty, so there was probably no need to touch them separately, and I liked that there didn't seem to be any overtreatment.
