I had medial epicanthoplasty and upper epicanthoplasty, and I clearly asked them to open it up about this much, but from the start they said my eyes were much more closed off than average people's eyes, so I thought the effect would be more dramatic after surgery, but what a joke, there was not a single noticeable difference. The upper epicanthoplasty seemed a little noticeable, my eyes looked a bit bigger, and I only wasted time. When I went back after some time had passed, they said they would do revision surgery.
